Aminess Younique Narrivi Hotel

設施：比較新，酒店是aminess旗下連鎖，5星 環境：就在Crikvenica港口正對面，門口有個水球場，純大自然的，和亞得里亞海聯通在一起。周圍有步道，海邊散步很貼近自然，如圖☝🖼 服務：斯拉夫人和南歐環境的融合，你懂的，早餐有單點菜單，服務人員中有一個斯洛文尼亞妹紙，禮貌，但英文都一般，前台好一點。 衞生：乾淨，整潔，過了夏季，門口停車費都從1.8歐元一小時下降到0.5€一小時，5-9月是旺季，整個克羅地亞都是這樣。過了旺季，很多服務就停了。門口的直飲水都沒了。 🔷🔹點評寫不了太多，看我寫的其他攻略吧，克羅地亞還是很不錯的旅行地點，自駕方便，國家面積小，設施好歐元💶都是2023年剛印的

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et ce fut un réel plaisir. A la réception, notre voiture a été prise en charge (1 nuit en parking et 2 en garage) et le personnel était très accueillant et serviable. Nous avions une chambre avec balcon et vue mer qui était très agréable, très propre et spacieuse. Au petit-déjeuner, nous avons profité du buffet mais également d'un choix à la carte, le tout était très frais. Au bar de l'hôtel (terrasse) nous étions vraiment bien. J'y ai passé pas mal de temps pendant que mon mari allait se promener (je suis PMR). Nous avons également prix tous nos repas du soir à la terrasse du restaurant. C'était excellent. Tout le personnel (réception, pt-déjeûner, bar, restaurant, nettoyage) était très sympathique et s'adaptait à chaque personne. Un tout grand merci. Nous allons très rarement deux fois au même endroit, bien que nous voyageons beaucoup (5 mois/an), mais nous avons déjà réservé une semaine au printemps 2026. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine große Enttäuschung und hatte absolut nichts mit einem 5-Sterne-Hotel zu tun. Das Frühstück war karg, die Auswahl minimal, und die Qualität schlecht. Die Bar und das Restaurant schlossen schon um 22 Uhr – für ein Luxushotel völlig unangebracht. Das Zimmer wurde zweimal nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Kein frische Wäsche, kein geleerter Müll, keine gesäuberten Tische – sogar leere Flaschen blieben stehen. Bereits beim Check In an der Rezeption erhielten wir widersprüchliche Informationen von zwei Mitarbeiterinnen, was verwirrend war und unprofessionell wirkte. Viele der Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich und sprachen kaum Englisch, was die Kommunikation erschwerte. Die Betten waren extrem hart und klein, mit absolutem Mangel an Schlafkomfort, wie man ihn von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde. Selbst nachdem ein dünnes Topping über die Matratze gelegt wurde hat das kaum etwas geändert. Das Spa war an sich schön, aber in einigen Räumen roch es unangenehm. Deutlich spürbar war auch ein Personalmangel: Mehrmals mussten wir nachfragen, damit die Minibar aufgefüllt oder das Zimmer gemacht wurde – selbst einfache Aufgaben wurden nicht erledigt. Insgesamt hatte unser Aufenthalt nichts mit der Luxusqualität eines 5-Sterne-Hotels zu tun. Dieses Hotel verdient meiner Meinung nach maximal 3 Sterne und sollte keinesfalls als 5-Sterne-Hotel geführt werden.

In a word: catastrophic! The hotel advertises itself as 5 stars, but that's definitely not the case. We were there for a short break from Friday to Sunday. No one informed us that every Friday there's a live concert directly below the hotel from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. You can imagine what that night was like with a 9-month-old baby. After the event, the noise continued in the beach bar next door; the receptionist completely ignored it and had to beg twice to go to reception before she did something. It wasn't until 3:30 a.m. that we finally got quiet. We didn't sleep all night, and the second day of our vacation was completely ruined because everyone was tired and unbalanced, especially our baby. The hotel also advertises wellness services, but that wasn't the case either. There's no way to order anything except from the masseur, who, obviously, is nowhere to be found 90% of the time because he's massaging guests. Dirty glasses aren't taken away, and tables are dirty. There's no paper towels in the restroom, and they weren't refilled from Friday to Sunday. It's very unhygienic. I've stayed in several 5-star hotels, but the Aminess Younique definitely shouldn't be one of them because it simply doesn't meet 5-star standards. I was expecting something, especially for the money, and was completely disappointed. Never again will I stay in a hotel in the Aminess chain!
